This business is my family’s adventure, with the purpose to foster connections with you, provide value, and spread goodness in the community through charity. 30 years ago my parents met in a kitchen. They probably never imagined they’d be in business with their son —or still in a kitchen 30 years later — but here we are. It turns out we work really well together; My father is an exceptional chef, my mother has incredible attention for design and small details, and I provide laughter and entertainment that gets us through hard times. Despite having different strengths, we all share the same passion for serving people, perfecting classic recipes, and creating inventive dishes.
Years of organizing massive operations through Boy Scouts and church is a big part in A La Sainte Terre Catering’s story and genesis. Mobilizing and managing hundreds of people, dealing with local, state, and sometimes federal government to push projects over the finish line, really helps take the edge off the inherent risk and unknowns of cresting a business. Through these experiences, we have learned the value of teamwork, particularly working together with my family toward shared goals and serving people, which has been incredibly fulfilling..
Our aim is to go back to the basics: to be an integrated part of our community, to create local opportunity through charity, and to know each person that trusts us to serve them at their event. We take immense pride in our roots and are honored to support local festivals, charity events, and the many special moments that bring us all together, because we believe serving food is a nexus in the nurturing act of fostering connections. Whether it’s a wedding, a corporate gathering, or a family celebration, we are motivated to ensure your event is not only delicious but also stress-free, so you can focus on enjoying life’s lucid moments of togetherness.
