Our services are able to be stacked and modified to your needs. Below is a description of basic services and their parameters, but keep in mind we are a bespoke caterer that tailors our services and menus to your exact requirements. We have extensive experience to offer guidance and can work with any budget, so please contact us if you need help with planning.

Reception Station
Grab a plate and pick what you want from a line up of assorted meats, cheeses, breads, spreads, jams, honey, olives, and the rest of your favorite things.

Passed Hors d'oeuvres
Bite sized treats to hold your appetite over. For cocktail parties we start with the option of eight hors d'oeuvres. An optional add-on to a dinner service starts at four passed bites.

Salad Bar
If you’re like me, you love your independence and a giant salad. A salad bar is one our few chances on this earth to have both. Comes with your favorite toppings and dressings.

Soup Sandwich & Salad
Can't go wrong with a soup, salad, and sandwich. It’s a great way to get the tastes of the season in this light fare option. This option starts with one of each in the kit.

Small Plates
A little more substantial than hors d’oeuvres but not a full meal either. Perfect for an extra hungry crowd or light fare at an event. Our service starts with five small plates, which can be passed or served reception-style.

Build Your Own Station
Interactive small plates, such as a slider bar or a macaroni and cheese bar with different toppings for guests to customize, for example. Each individual station is considered its own service.

Dinner Station
Ole’ faithful. Our simplest dinner service is served in chafers with the freedom to serve yourself. It comes with a salad, up to two entrees, two sides, a pasta and whatever condiments you need.

Family Style Dinner
Bread and butter on the tables, a salad as a first course, up to two entree options, and two sides, all meant to be passed around and shared in the same fashion as a holiday dinner.

Seated Dinner Service
Meals are plated and delivered individually, like in a restaurant. They can be a full meal on one plate or served as a multiple-course meal. Highly customizable service: salads can be served reception style, family-style sides, etc.

Dessert Station
Another customizable ‘build-your-own’ style station, but dessert edition. Each station is a substansial, stand alone service that caters to your guests individual preferences.

Sweets Buffet
A sweets buffet is perfect if you want variety and the ability for guests to help themselves. The sweets buffet starts with a choice of five dessert options.

Plated Dessert
Everyone gets your favorite thing. The power feels good, be careful with it.

Late Night Snack
A popular option for catered weddings that run late. It can be served station-style or passed by servers. For passed service, we start with three options. Each station it´s its own service.

Polish Buffet
Jak się masz? Our Polish veins are pumping with sourdough bread and pasztetowa - as they should- and we make bigos, white soup, and stuffed cabbages that make Babcia proud.

Food Drop Off
Most cost effective way to feed a group. No service, just a basic food drop off and can be done with any combination of our offerings.

Private Venue
Inquire about our seasonal private dinner service inside a historic house venue in Salem, MA. It’s top secret, and super cool. Up to 10 people.
